Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota is the third-party administrator for all claims processing except for the following locations: Employees in Hawaii can enroll in HMSA Blue Cross Blue Shield of Hawaii or Kaiser Foundation Health Plan-Hawaii.

The Good Samaritan Society offers a 401(k) retirement plan to all eligible employees and is administered by Principal Financial. Employees may contribute pre-tax dollars up to the maximum allowed under IRS guidelines upon hire. Once an employee meets the eligibility requirements, the Society will begin contributing to the individuals retirement account.
