Offering competitive benefits
Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, retirement, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, voluntary benefits, life insurance and much more.
Along with all the benefits you'd expect from the nation's largest not-for-profit provider of care and services for seniors, we have a few that maybe you wouldn't expect, such as opportunities for daily devotions and Bible study. And the chance to work in a place that allows you to care for each resident, client and fellow staff member as a whole person — mind, body and spirit.
Full-time, newly hired employees are eligible for insurance effective the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
Benefits are subjected to change accordingly at the designation of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. For a more detailed summary of benefits, contact us for a Employee Handbook or Summary Plan Description. The summary provided above is governed by the plan documents in all cases, which are the final authority. Additional fringe benefits may be available at specific Good Samaritan Society centers.
